DEGIRO: product search, fee documents and price data

DEGIRO publishes separate guidance for finding a security, reading fee schedules and understanding price feeds. Start by identifying the product and exchange, then use the documentation for the country and account involved. A search result and a headline fee do not answer every availability or cost question. The sources below use DEGIRO's UK English documentation as a reading example. They are not worldwide account terms or a personalised cost quote.

How to search for a product on DEGIRO

DEGIRO's help page describes searching by name, ticker or ISIN. It notes that a security can have the same ISIN across different exchange listings. That makes the listing an important part of the document trail, not an optional detail. Product-search instructions

Record the displayed instrument name, ISIN where available, exchange and trading currency. This suggested note helps distinguish the company you are researching from a particular tradable security. Do not assume that a company name alone identifies the exact product, share class or listing you intended.

What if a product is missing?

DEGIRO provides a process for requesting an additional product. The help page asks for the name, ISIN, exchange and currency, plus a KID link for an ETF in the documented UK process. DEGIRO then reviews whether it can add the product; submitting details is not an approval. Product-addition guidance

A practical request therefore starts with identifiers and the relevant issuer document, not just a phrase such as 'please add this company'. This page does not submit a request or establish whether a particular asset is available to your account.

Where to find the applicable DEGIRO fee schedule

Use the provider's country-specific fee documentation and the full linked schedule. The UK overview distinguishes commission and handling charges, currency conversion, connectivity, and costs associated with the product or spread. It also points to account-specific schedules. The UK page is not a price quotation for a French, German or other account. UK fee documentation

A useful reading note names the account country, schedule version, instrument, exchange and action being priced. Check which costs the displayed line includes and which it excludes. No fee amounts are copied here because the applicable document, not this guide, is the place to establish the current terms.

Price feeds are a separate documentation topic

The official Price Feeds help section provides entries on live data, delayed data, subscriptions and displayed-price issues. Use the relevant topic for the specific exchange/feed rather than assuming the same display timing everywhere. Price Feeds

When recording a displayed price for research, keep its timestamp and whether the interface labels it as live or delayed. The screen observation alone is not a trade confirmation or proof of the price at which an order was executed.

Questions about DEGIRO documentation

Can the same ISIN appear on more than one exchange?

Yes. DEGIRO's search guidance explicitly describes that situation. Keep the exchange and currency with the ISIN when identifying the listing in your notes. Product search

Does requesting a product mean that it will become available?

No. The documented process is a request followed by DEGIRO's review. It is not a commitment to add the security. Product additions

Can I use the UK fee page for every DEGIRO account?

No. Use the provider's documentation for the account's country and type. The English-language example here is labelled UK so that it is not mistaken for a universal schedule. Fee-page scope
