My 22 years experience as an IT/Business consultant brings me a 360 degree vision, bridging the gaps between business, technical teams, and Web3 communities and organizations. For the last 10+ years, I have supported company executives in large-scale transformation programs and strategic initiatives. During this time, I led many large, complex, and strategic projects, for structures ranging from startups to systemically important banks.

Passionate about new technologies and innovation, I enjoy fast-paced environments, and I am constantly learning, experimenting with new things, and challenging myself with emerging technologies and processes.

I bring expertise in management, Lean and Agile product delivery into a project, while also understanding very technical environments such as CI/CD, DevOps practices, networking, programming, and architecture.
