CapitaLand Ascott TrustCapitaLand Ascott Trust (CLAS) is the largest lodging trust in Asia Pacific with an asset value of S8.8 billion dollar as of 30 June 2026. CLAS objective is to invest primarily in income-producing real estate and real estate-related assets which are used or predominantly used as serviced residences, rental housing properties, student accommodation and other hospitality assets in any country in the world. CLAS was listed on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (SGX-ST) since March 2006, and is a constituent of the FTSE EPRA Nareit Global Real Estate Index Series (Global Developed Index). CLAS international portfolio comprises 106 properties with more than 19,000 units in 45 cities across 16 countries in Asia Pacific, Europe and the United States of America as of 30 June 2026. CLAS properties are mostly operated under the Ascott, Somerset, Quest and Citadines brands. They are mainly located in key gateway cities such as Barcelona, Berlin, Brussels, Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Jakarta, Kuala Lumpur, London, Manila, Melbourne, Munich, New York, Paris, Perth, Seoul, Singapore, Sydney and Tokyo. CapitaLand China TrustCapitaLand China Trust (CLCT) is Singapore’s largest China-focused real estate investment trust (REIT). CLCT’s portfolio comprises eight shopping malls, five business park properties and four logistics park properties. Its total property value is S4.3 billion dollars based on valuations of its proportionate interests in the portfolio as at 31 December 2025. The geographically diversified portfolio has a total gross floor area of approximately 1.7 million square metres, located across 11 leading Chinese cities. CLCT was listed on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (SGX-ST) on 8 December 2006, and established with the objective of investing on a long-term basis in a diversified portfolio of income-producing real estate and real estate-related assets in mainland China, Hong Kong and Macau that are used primarily for retail, office and industrial purposes (including business parks, logistics facilities, data centres and integrated developments). CapitaLand India TrustCapitaLand India Trust (CLINT) was listed on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (SGX-ST) in August 2007 as the first Indian property trust in Asia. Its principal objective is to own income-producing real estate used primarily as business space in India. CLINT may also develop and acquire land or uncompleted developments primarily to be used as business space, with the objective of holding the properties upon completion. As at 30 June 2026, CLINT’s assets under management stood at S3.5 billion dollars. CLINT’s portfolio includes eight world-class IT business parks, three industrial facilities, one logistics park and four data center developments in India, with total completed floor area of 22.0 million square feet spread across Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune and Mumbai. CLINT is focused on capitalizing on the fast-growing IT industry and logistics/industrial asset classes in India, as well as proactively diversifying into other asset classes such as data centres. CLINT is structured as a business trust, offering stable income distributions like a real estate investment trust. CLINT focuses on enhancing shareholder value by actively managing existing properties, developing vacant land in its portfolio, and acquiring new properties.
