Tekscend Photomask Corp. develops, manufactures, and distributes semiconductor photomasks in Japan and Internationally. The company offers photomasks for semiconductors that include binary, phase shift, EUV, and stencil masks; photomasks for various applications, such as 3D masks (gray-tone/gray-scale masks); and silicon stencil masks/molds for nanoimprint, which include quartz and silicon molds. It also develops and manufactures glass masks for various studies and development. Tekscend Photomask Corp. was formerly known as Toppan Photomask Co., Ltd. and changed its name to Tekscend Photomask Corp. in October 2024. The company was incorporated in 2021 and is based in Minato, Japan.
