OWO is a decentralized, community-led memecoin built around one of the internet’s most recognizable and widely used expressions: the “owo” emote. Originally popularized in online communities like Twitch, Discord, and emoji.gg as a symbol of softness, playfulness, or ironic surprise, “owo” has been part of global digital culture since at least 2016. This project seeks to memorialize that cultural signal by bringing it fully on-chain — with no team, no roadmap, and no tax.
