Missionforce is Salesforce’s government and national-security platform, combining secure cloud, connected data, enterprise applications, and AI to support civilian agencies and defense organizations. Its services cover constituent engagement, case management, personnel administration, logistics, acquisition, asset maintenance, analytics, and workflow automation. Built on Salesforce’s enterprise software and government cloud offerings, it integrates agency systems and data while embedding AI agents into operational workflows.
