Killam Apartment Real Estate Investment Trust (Killam, or the Trust) is an unincorporated open-ended mutual fund trust created pursuant to the amended and restated Declaration of Trust (DOT), under the laws of the Province of Ontario. Killam specializes in the acquisition, management and development of multi-residential apartment buildings, manufactured home communities (MHCs) and commercial properties in Canada. The condensed consolidated interim financial statements comprise the financial statements of Killam and its subsidiaries as at and for the three and six months ended June 30, 2026. Killam's head office operations are located at 3700 Kempt Road, Halifax, Nova Scotia, B3K 4X8. Killam Apartment REIT was incorporated in 2000 in Ontario, Canada.
