The company was formerly known as CSR Corporation Limited and changed its name to CRRC Corporation Limited in June 2015. CRRC Corporation Limited was incorporated in 2007 and is headquartered in Beijing, the People’s Republic of China. CRRC Corporation Limited operates as a subsidiary of CRRC GROUP Co., Ltd.
