CA Immobilien Anlagen AG is a real estate company headquartered in Vienna with subsidiaries in Germany, Poland, the Czech Republic, Hungary and Serbia. The parent company of the Group is the listed CA Immobilien Anlagen Aktiengesellschaft, based in Vienna, whose main activity the strategic and operational management of its domestic and foreign subsidiaries. In full-time equivalents (FTE), the number of employees as at December 31, 2024 was 222.1. The decrease in employees and FTEs is mainly due to the sale of the subsidiary omniCon.
