It offers retail and corporate banking; investment banking; specialized financial services, such as leasing, bank-insurance, factoring, vehicle leasing, and consumer credit; asset management, wealth management, brokerage, and capital market, as well as M&A and other corporate advisory services. The company also provides consumer lending, securities brokerage, debt collection, back-office banking, car rental, participatory banking, mutual fund management, and IT services. The company was formerly known as Banque Marocaine du Commerce Extérieur and changed its name to Bank of Africa in March 2020. Bank of Africa was founded in 1959 and is headquartered in Casablanca, Morocco.
